What is the maximum group size for treks?

We accommodate groups of up to 5 riders. For private groups of 6 to 8, we can plan upon request, with an additional backup guide to ensure safety and enjoyment.
Are there any weight restrictions for riders?

Yes, for the safety and comfort of both riders and horses, we have an upper weight limit of 90 kg (200 lbs).
What is the minimum age requirement for riders?

Children aged 12 and over are welcome to join the treks, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
What should I wear for the trek?

We recommend wearing a waterproof jacket and layered clothing to adapt to changing weather conditions. Riders must wear boots with a heel and a hard hat, which we can supply, to comply with insurance regulations.
Is accommodation included in the trekking packages?

Yes, our packages include accommodation at our partnered four-star hotel, The Westport Woods Hotel & Spa, offering comfortable rooms and various amenities.
Do I need to bring my own riding equipment?

We provide necessary riding equipment, including helmets. However, you are welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
What if I have dietary restrictions or special requirements?

Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or special requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is the cancellation policy?

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, which is refundable if cancelled four months before the start date. The remaining balance is due one month before the start date.
Are non-riding companions allowed to join the trek?

Non-riding companions are welcome to stay at the accommodation and enjoy the hotel’s amenities while riders are on the trek.
